keeping with the cover picture. The Glory of the LORD is an awesome study.
Research in His Word on this subject is a humbling experience, yet
enlightening and expanding to knowledge. One is raised to a higher
consciousness of whom the LORD is – and who we are as we travel with Him to
that shining goal when all the earth is filled – and will shine – with His
glory. Let us not count it unattainable, and it could be sooner than we
think!
Good News from Israel. Most of the
media news gives the bad, but sources come daily through our computer screen
and postal services, that bring a balance. We are indebted to the Jewish
Telegraphic Agency and affiliates, as well as to some reliable Christian
publishers and direct news from Israel.
About the Cover Picture:
When I gave a hint to Terry Distin of what I
thought would be a great cover picture for this issue, he came up with a
surprise from a quick Google search on “Earth from Space”. It was more than
I’d expected. It depicts clearly the Light of the LORD and the knowledge of
His glory covering the earth.
Is that too good to be true? Is the Word of
the LORD too good to be true? Do you discount the Word of Light by believing
in evolution? What is “Evolution” but a constant evolving? Well, then have
we reached the top and it has come to an end? Or is the LORD still teaching
us to rise to higher consciousness and awareness of our neighbor so that
we’ll love one another as we love ourselves? Consider the elements in the
Glory formula and let us get on the same wonderful page as our Redeemer.
Incidentally, tracing the “glory” in Ezekiel
is a most interesting study. Not room to develop it here, but read the
